02. About Rit Parbon

Rit Parbon is a social enterprise based in Bangladesh dedicated to preserving, promoting, and celebrating Bangladeshi culture, tradition, and folk arts. Our activities include organizing live concerts, folk music festivals, artisan exhibitions, cultural workshops, and youth community programs across Bangladesh.

03. Event Access & Ticketing

When purchasing tickets or registering for events hosted by Rit Parbon:

• Ticketing Partners: Ticket sales may be facilitated directly or redirected through authorized third-party ticketing platforms and payment processors in Bangladesh (e.g., bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz). You agree to abide by the respective terms of those ticketing platforms.
• Admission Rules: Event passes are subject to venue capacity, security checks, and code of conduct rules. Wristbands or tickets must be presented upon entry.
• Event Changes & Rescheduling: Rit Parbon reserves the right to modify event schedules, artist lineups, or venues due to weather conditions, safety requirements, government directives, or unforeseen force majeure events.
• Refund Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event, ticket sales are non-refundable except in cases of complete event cancellation without a rescheduled date.

04. Volunteer & Artisan Participation

Rit Parbon welcomes student volunteers, folk artists, and local craftspeople:

• Volunteer Engagement: Volunteering with Rit Parbon is a voluntary, non-employment contribution. Volunteers must maintain professionalism, uphold team culture, and comply with safety directives during festival operations.
• Artisan Showcases: Artisans and performers featured on our website or festival stalls represent their original craft. Rit Parbon prohibits counterfeit or unauthorized commercial reproduction of traditional works.

05. Intellectual Property

All original content, visual design systems, logos, graphics, event branding, photography, video archives, and text published on ritparbon.com are the property of Rit Parbon or its licensed partners and are protected under copyright and trademark laws of Bangladesh.

06. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or admin systems for any unlawful purpose under Bangladeshi law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our database, Supabase infrastructure, or administrative control panel.
• Engage in automated scraping, data extraction, or denial-of-service activities against our web services.
• Disrupt or compromise event security or participant safety during live events.

07. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website and information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure accurate event listings and reliable performance, Rit Parbon is not liable for temporary technical outages, third-party ticketing gateway delays, or incidental damages arising from website usage.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **People's Republic of Bangladesh**. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these Terms or our events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
